Shipping

We’re a slow-made studio, which means we take our time to get things just right. To keep our production flow steady, we ship out once a week, typically on a Monday or a Friday.

On-Hand Items: These are ready to go! Please allow 3–5 business days for us to pack and ship your order.

Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are sewn specifically for you, please allow 10–14 business days for production before they ship.

Delivery: We ship from Manila. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every homegüds piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in small batches, all sales are final. We trade factory-perfection for genuine character, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or slight variations in the handmade process. We love the tiny, unique variations that come with manual work—they aren't flaws, but the honest signature of a piece made by a human.

Something not right?

While we don't do standard returns, we want you to love your find. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a significant error on our part, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
